Located one mile west of Dale Mabry Highway, our community offers 95 apartments on one floor. Here our residents – in many cases, with their pets – enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. Summerville at Carrollwood is conveniently located in a beautiful residential neighborhood surrounded by sidewalks and tranquil gardens and we are close to Lake Park, Northdale Park, Carrollwood Organic Garden and Clearwater Beach. Yet shopping and banking abounds! A Publix, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Bealls, Washington Mutual, Wachovia and Regions are all nearby. Several medical facilities are also within the vicinity, including University Community Hospital of Carrollwood, Tampa General, St. Joseph’s Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
