Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with a courtyard, Brentwood at LaPorte is called the Cadillac of assisted living communities by our local hospitals, attorneys and many of our residents. Located just off of Highway 2, our community offers a choice of bright and cheery apartments on two floors, as well as brand new individual two-bedroom villas. Here our residents enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer licensed assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs, including 24-hour nursing support. (We are the only assisted living community in the area offering such extensive around-the-clock care.) Our services focus on wellness to help you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible.

Our community also offers an innovative memory care program, Join Their Journey®, for seniors affected by Alzheimer’s or dementia. Because your family’s experience will be unlike any other, our goal is to get to know you and your loved one, so that we can offer support and solutions for your individual situation. We “join the journey” of your loved one by recognizing individuality, encouraging choices and allowing residents the dignity to live in a secure, personalized and familiar setting that feels comfortable for them.

Our common areas – including our lovely dining room, card room and café – give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including trips to see POPS in the Park, various plays and the Little Theatre. Brentwood at LaPorte is conveniently located in a residential area, five minutes from downtown shopping, banking, physician offices and just ten minutes away from Lake Michigan. Brentwood at LaPorte is also close to LaPorte Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
