Summerville at Farm Pond
From the East:
Mass Pike West to Exit 13, Framingham-Natick. Take Framingham exit, Route 30, cross over Route 126 to Route 9 West, past the Staple's shopping center. Continue on Route 9 until you see McDonald's on your right. Stay in the right lane and after McDonald's take a left at the first set of lights in order to cross over Route 9 onto Temple Street (be sure you are in the right lane when you cross over). There will be a Stop & Shop shopping center on your left when you cross over and a CVS on your right. At the end of Temple Street, take a left onto Salem End Road. At lights, take a right onto Winter Street. After going over a small bridge with a waterfall on your right, take the fourth left, Dr. Harvey Cushing Way. At second right, turn into the main entrance to The Village at Farm Pond and take an immediate right after the first cottage. Proceed to The Maples, the grey three story independent living building on your left, or to The Oaks, the yellow two story assisted living building further down on your left.
From the West:
Route 9 east to Framingham. At the second set of lights after Bernardi Toyota, take a right onto Temple Street (there will be a Stop & Shop on your left and a CVS on your right). Follow remaining directions above (From the East).
