Located close to I-81 and I-40, our senior living community offers 60 apartments all on one floor with short hallways, many with lovely views of nearby mountains – and occasional glimpses of deer strolling by! Here our residents enjoy retirement – in many cases, with their pets – living in a warm, family-like atmosphere. Yet a helping hand from our warm, caring staff is always close by.

Our community also offers an innovative memory care program, Join Their Journey®, for seniors affected by Alzheimer’s or dementia. Because your family’s experience will be unlike any other, our goal is to get to know you and your loved one, so that we can offer support and solutions for your individual situation. We “join the journey” of your loved one by recognizing individuality, encouraging choices and allowing residents the dignity to live in a secure, personalized and familiar setting that feels comfortable for them.

Our common areas – including our lovely dining room, puzzle/library area and parlor with a baby grand piano – give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including trips to the Dixie Stampede, Miracle Theatre and the Apple Barn. The Terrace Estates is located in a residential area between two of Morristown's more prestigious neighborhoods and near Cherokee Park and Lake and Panther Creek State Park and Lake. We are also convenient to several banks, including First Tennessee, Regions, Suntrust, Jefferson Federal and LLCU, and just ten minutes from College Square Mall, Wal-Mart and K-Mart. In addition, several medical facilities are close by, including Morristown Hamblen Healthcare, Lakeway Regional Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation center if ever needed.
